Web3 X is backing new CEX , they are looking for new BD Manager

We are looking for BD manager for a centralized exchange currently being developed in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the KOL and affiliate marketing strategy across Vietnam, aligned with overall growth objectives.
Identify and build high-impact relationships with top-tier influencers, crypto communities, and affiliate networks.
Design and oversee localized, data-driven influencer campaigns to drive user growth and brand visibility.
Conduct market research and analysis for P2P&OTC business locally, monitor the competitor’s activities and local regulation.
Make a P2P business strategy to hire more P2P merchants for a better local P2P liquidity.

Minimum Qualifications

3-4+ years of affiliate marketing/ business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space, with strong and wide networks with KOLs, trading communities and MMO communities.
Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish. Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
P2P Merchant & OTC BD experience, local fiat channels are preferred.
Proven success managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Requirement

(1 person) for international exchanges, including: OKX, Binance, Bybit, Bitget, MEXC
(1 person) for hybrid exchanges, including: LBank, PrimeXBT, Ourbit Exchange, CoinW
(Low-priority) for domestic exchanges, including: Nami Exchange, ONUS and Atlas Exchange.

Male gender is preferred. In case the candidate is female, medium to high experience is needed.
