🚀 Role Overview As Marketing Lead,

you will define, execute, and optimize the marketing strategy that positions DeMonopol as the leading global real estate tokenization platform. You will work closely with the founding team to shape brand storytelling, oversee campaigns, and build a strong global community of investors and supporters. The role requires a balanced approach across both Web3 and Web2 marketing strategies, ensuring DeMonopol can reach diverse audiences from crypto-native investors to traditional real estate enthusiasts.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global marketing strategy, aligning with DeMonopol’s mission and growth milestones. Build and lead a multi-channel marketing plan covering content, social media, community, PR, partnerships, and organic acquisition leveraging both Web3 and Web2 tactics. Craft clear, impactful messaging that communicates the value of DeMonopol’s tokenization model and its real-world asset opportunities.

• Drive community growth across crypto-native and traditional investor segments, including educational content, AMA sessions, and global events.

• Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints and develop creative guidelines and assets with design teams. Manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and key ecosystem players to amplify reach and credibility. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs with a professional and results-driven mindset.

• Support product launches, token sales, and major announcements with coordinated marketing initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and business development teams to ensure market readiness.

• Build and manage a small execution-focused marketing team when needed, to support campaign scale and operational efficiency.

• The Marketing Lead will also be responsible for developing a dedicated strategy for the Vietnamese market, ensuring local relevance and strong regional adoption.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in blockchain, fintech, or real estate industries. Strong understanding of both Web3 ecosystems and traditional Web2 marketing strategies.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills. Proven track record of designing and executing successful global marketing campaigns.

• Experience managing and scaling teams, agencies, and partner relationships. Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.

• Professional, efficient, and able to execute under tight timelines. Passion for democratizing access to real assets and reshaping traditional markets.
