The W3X Incubation Program is structured in two phases designed to take projects from concept to market and beyond:
Phase 1: Foundation & Execution (8 weeks) — Teams work closely with advisors and the W3X network to validate product-market fit, build MVPs, and develop go-to-market strategies. This phase focuses on turning ideas into viable products with real traction.
Phase 2: Acceleration & Investment — High-performing teams move into fundraising preparation, strategic partnerships, and scaling. W3X connects founders directly with crypto venture capital firms, angel investors, and ecosystem partners to fuel their next stage of growth.
