The Opportunity

We’re seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in Web3 marketing, community growth, and tokenized ecosystems. If you’re ready to lead the narrative for one of the most exciting bridges between entertainment and decentralized finance, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission

• Define and lead our full-stack Web3 marketing strategy (organic & paid)

• Build and scale a loyal, active community across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and more

• Own go-to-market plans for token launch, staking mechanisms, and project onboarding

• Collaborate with PR, influencers, exchanges, and partners for brand amplification

• Drive user acquisition through airdrops, growth loops, and referral campaigns

• Work alongside the Founders on positioning, token utility education, and investor communications

You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing (preferably in DeFi or launchpads)

• Experience scaling communities and brands from 0 → 100,000+ users

• Deep understanding of tokenomics, growth hacking, and influencer/ambassador dynamics

• Proven success leading pre-sale, TGE, and post-launch user acquisition

• Visionary leadership and execution, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

• Bonus: experience with film, gaming, or NFT ecosystems

Compensation

We are currently in the strategic and pre-sale stage of our token raise. This role will be compensated in token-based equity with upside potential, with fiat compensation available post-funding. You’ll be part of the core team shaping the future of decentralized film funding.
