📮 WEB3X MONTHLY UPDATE - NOVEMBER 2025

November was a month of meaningful progress at Web3X - from launching Batch 06 to delivering a full suite of founder-focused workshops and hosting a dynamic community meetup in Hanoi. As we move into December, our focus now shifts toward year-end reflection, strategic planning, and strengthening relationships across our ecosystem to prepare for an even stronger 2026.

I. NOVEMBER RECAP - KEY HIGHLIGHTS

1. Web3X Incubation Program Batch 06 Officially Kicks Off

November marked the beginning of Batch 06, where 18 Web3 projects , 50 founders joined Web3X’s 7-week acceleration journey.

The Kick-off Session focused on:

• Introducing founders, mentors, and advisors

• Announcing the updated Founder-first program structure

• Networking and setting clear OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for each team

🔎 Highlight: With projects spanning infrastructure, AI x Web3, DeFi tools, and consumer applications, Batch 06 is shaping up to be one of the strongest and most diverse cohorts to date.

2. November Workshop Series - Building a Strong Foundation for Founders

Throughout November, Batch 06 participated in six workshops across three consecutive weeks - each designed to equip early-stage founders with essential knowledge across product, company setup, GTM, security, and investment readiness.

📅 Nov 27 - Evaluating Early-Stage Web3 Projects

🔎 Highlight:

This month’s workshops delivered a complete knowledge stack - helping founders build the right team, understand the legal landscape, craft a GTM strategy, secure their product, and prepare for investment.

3. Story Protocol Hanoi Community Meetup - Connecting Builders Across the City

On November 15, Web3X co-hosted the Story Hanoi Community Meetup at Cafena Coffee & Tea (Hanoi) - bringing together a vibrant mix of builders, developers, founders, and Web3 enthusiasts across Hanoi.

The session covered:

• The future of IP ownership in the Web3 era

• How Story Protocol empowers creators to protect, license, and monetize their digital assets

• Open discussions on new IP applications for AI x Web3

• Networking and connecting local builders with shared interests

🔎 Highlight: It was one of the most energetic community meetups of November, reinforcing Hanoi’s role as an emerging hub for Web3 and creator-economy innovation.

II. December – Plans & Upcoming Activities

1. Year-End Review 2025

• In December, Web3X will release the 2025 Year-End Report, featuring:

• Key highlights of Vietnam’s Web3 builder ecosystem

• Web3X’s annual milestones: number of projects, workshops, partners, and network sessions

2. Planning for 2026 – “Next Year Strategy & Vision”

Throughout December, the Web3X team will focus on preparing for a strong start to 2026 by:

• Working closely with Batch 06 founders to define their Q1 2026 execution plans

• Updating the direction and improvements for the next Incubation Program

• Reaching out to our VC and Angel partners for year-end catchups and potential support opportunities for upcoming projects
