Aleo, a pioneer in blockchain privacy technology, seeks dynamic Ecosystem Ambassadors. This role is pivotal in driving community engagement, forming strategic partnerships, and promoting educational initiatives within the Aleo ecosystem. Your efforts will be crucial in empowering local communities and enhancing their access to blockchain education and economic opportunities.
Your Mission:
Community Engagement: Organize 2-3 impactful quarterly meet-ups, employing the innovative "Aleo in a Box" approach.
Strategic Partnerships: Forge and nurture partnerships to broaden community reach and enhance event effectiveness.
Event Expertise: Host Aleo workshops, social gatherings, and brainstorming sessions, fostering strong community ties.
Brand Advocacy: Serve as an informed Aleo representative, articulating our initiatives and values.
Collaborative Planning: Coordinate with the Aleo team to execute successful events and campaigns.
Feedback Mechanism: Provide insights to refine community interactions and event experiences.
Social Media Outreach: Manage local Aleo and other relevant social media accounts, keeping the community engaged and informed.
Educational Focus: Stay abreast of advancements in Leo language and zk technology, ensuring accurate dissemination of information.
Local Authority: Establish yourself as the regional Aleo expert and first point of contact for community queries.
Network Growth: Mentor emerging local ambassadors, expanding Aleo's community footprint.
Event Management: Oversee logistics for local Aleo events and conferences.
Grant Program Engagement: Participate in the management and promotion of Developer Grants, connecting with the Partnerships team and engaging in Aleo grant channels.

Qualifications:
Experience in community building, event planning, and establishing partnerships.
Familiarity with the Leo programming language and blockchain technology concepts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and innovatively.
Residency in your represented city.
Preferred Attributes:
Deep understanding of web3, blockchain technology, and privacy-preserving solutions.
Proven track record in educational or technical community roles.

Deliverables:
Quarterly Meet-Up Organization: Plan and execute 2-3 impactful quarterly meet-ups using the "Aleo in a Box" approach to engage the community, share knowledge, and showcase Aleo's technology and initiatives.
Strategic Partnership Identification and Development: Identify potential partners within the local and global ecosystem that align with Aleo's mission. Develop and nurture these partnerships to enhance community reach and event impact.
Non-Technical Educational Resource Development: Create accessible, non-technical educational materials aimed at broadening understanding and adoption of blockchain technology and Aleo's privacy solutions. These could include infographics, explainer videos, simple guides, and community stories.
Event Planning and Management: Take charge of the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Aleo workshops, social gatherings, brainstorming sessions, and conferences, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for attendees.
Brand Advocacy and Representation: Act as an informed representative of Aleo at events and within the community, clearly communicating Aleo's values, initiatives, and the benefits of its technology.
Community Engagement and Network Growth: Foster a vibrant Aleo community by managing local social media accounts, engaging with members online and offline, and mentoring emerging local ambassadors to expand Aleo's community footprint.
Stay Informed on Aleo Developments: Regularly update your knowledge of the Aleo network, including advancements in Leo language, zk technology, and grant programs, to provide accurate and current information to the community.
Feedback Collection and Analysis: Implement a mechanism to gather and analyze community feedback from events and interactions to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of future initiatives.
Grant Program Support and Promotion: Engage with Aleo's Developer Grants program by participating in grant reviews, connecting potential applicants with the Partnerships team, and promoting the program to foster development within the Aleo ecosystem.
